Fruit Cream is a dessert made of layers of crumbled biscuits/sweet crackers, whipped cream, assorted fruits and nuts and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
Whipping cream: 2 cups
Powdered sugar: ½ cup or to taste
Assorted fruits and nuts: 3-4 cups
Ground Graham crackers or Marie biscuits: 2 cups
Bread crumbs: 1 cup (optional)
Method
Whip cream with sugar till stiff peaks form.
Cut fruits like apples, bananas, pears etc into small cubes and add them to the cream along with assorted nuts or berries.
Grind Graham crackers or Marie biscuits into a coarse powder and put a thick layer of it in a dish. Lightly press them down.
Now add the layer of fruit cream over the crushed biscuits.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs to get a crunchy taste, but skip this step if you don’t have breadcrumbs. (You can also make your own breadcrumbs by toasting regular white bread till crispy and grinding it in the mixie.)
Let it set in the fridge for a few hours. Serve chilled.
