Paneer Uttapam
On April 18, 2013 by Meghalee DasUttapam is very similar to a dosa, as the same batter is used. But unlike dosas, which are like crisp and thin crepes, uttapams are thicker like pancakes. Moreover, we put the filling inside the dosa but in uttapam we have toppings instead of fillings. This makes the uttapam look almost like a pan pizza.
